Front Desk Receptionist/Store Manager

Massage On The Beach is a high-end spa chain and we are currently opening our first location in Huntington Beach and will open two additional locations in Los Angeles County in the coming months. We currently require a Full Time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to start with immediate effect. Our preferred Candidate should be responsible, with potential leadership skills.
You will be answering the telephone, greeting customers, making appointments, and managing email and mail correspondence. This position is currently a Front Desk receptionist, but we are seeking someone who has the potential as a store manager.

• Booking/Canceling appointments over the phone and in person
• Basic computer/Microsoft skill
• Excellent customer service 
• Enthusiasm to learn/improve 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a confident, friendly, and outgoing manner both over the phone and in person.     
• Bilingual preferred not necessary                

Job Type: Full-time/Part Time
Salary may vary based on work performance: Staring from 20-25/hour (with bonus based on performance)
