Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

Growing acupuncture clinic is hiring Front Desk/Office Assistant position for two locations - Sanford, Maine and Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. The ability to go to either location is desired. Responsibilities of the job include:

· Greeting and checking patients in

· Managing patient paperwork

· Scheduling appointments

· Accepting payments

· Entering patient data

· Turning over treatment rooms

· Answering calls and emails

· Light cleaning, laundry, and stocking

Applicants should be good at multitasking, friendly and personable, passionate about holistic health, energetic and organized. Administrative experience is preferred, insurance billing experience is a plus. Proficiency with data entry and word processing programs is a must – computers with Windows operating systems and iPads are both used.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
• medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
