Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, check in/out guests, and answer any queries they may have.

• Manage booking reservations via phone, email, or in-person.

• Provide information about our facilities, services, and the local area.

• Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and courteous manner.

• Ensure the Front Desk area is tidy and presentable.

• Process payments and handle financial transactions.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness and address any guest needs or issues.

• Maintain guest records and data confidentiality.

• Assist in emergency situations as needed.
