The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in/out guests, and answer any queries they may have.
- Manage booking reservations via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information about our facilities, services, and the local area.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Ensure the Front Desk area is tidy and presentable.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness and address any guest needs or issues.
- Maintain guest records and data confidentiality.
- Assist in emergency situations as needed.
