Front Desk Receptionist

Fuse Specialty Appliances, a retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a Front Desk Receptionist for our Showroom located in Palm Beach Gardens to provide a positive and welcoming experience for our visitors and clients.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service

Qualifications:

- 1+ year in a customer service facing role
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer support skills
