Front Desk / Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time/part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Qualified candidates should be outgoing, self-motivated, computer literate, team player, and comfortable working in a public setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job responsibilities include:

-answering phones

-scheduling appointments

-checking-in patients

-collecting patient co-pays

-filing

-verifying medical insurance/referrals

-scanning

-balancing daily receipts

Must have attention to detail, be flexible and a team player, have excellent patient skills, and have the ability to multi-task in an extremely busy environment. Requires working closely with the physicians and other office staff to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications and Skills

Skills/Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred- Will train the right candidate

-Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

-Fluent in Spanish a Plus

-Ability to prioritize duties, work independently as well working with others, flexibility to changing assignments

-Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner is essential

-Attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions

-Strong understanding of MS Office (Word and Excel)

-Strong understanding of Gmail and Google Office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
