We are presently seeking an individual who will provide excellent customer service to both visitors and callers while supporting the corporate staff with various projects and tasks on a part-time basis. The normal schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 1:00 pm until 5:30 pm.
As a successful Front Desk Receptionist, you will:
- Close front office reception area, daily.
- Answer multiple-line telephone and monitor all messages left in general voicemail box.
- Take messages as needed and promptly email all messages to recipients.
- Greet visitors, page employees and make announcements.
- Sort and email all incoming faxes daily.
- Stamp and distribute all incoming Accounts Payable invoices.
- Date stamp and sort all incoming mail and ensure proper distribution.
- Sign for and sort daily deliveries.
- Track Federal Express shipments, provide delivery notification to recipients
- Record phone greetings for corporate office voicemail. Update and modify as necessary.
- Fund postage machine at Corporate North office as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 1 – 3 years of related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a multiple-line telephone.
- Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision.
