Front Desk Reception

Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY)

Duties:

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Collect registration forms, required intake documents and scan them into our EHR system
• Answer phones and relay messages
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with sending out referrals to the appropriate office
• Ensure that all required referrals are obtained, scanned into the EHR, and linked to that day’s appointment within Practice Management
• Enter patient demographics in the system
• Perform other office duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

- MUST BE BILINGUAL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
