Family Acupuncture and Wellness is seeking a full-time Front Desk Patient
Coordinator. Our busy, growing practice offers a variety of services to help our patients manifest their best health including functional medicine, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and massage therapy.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and high-energy individual to become part of our patient experience team.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments for all aspects of our practice
- Manage the flow of patients as they arrive and depart
- Coordinate with our providers for any particular patient needs or requests
- Be prompt and friendly when answering current or prospective patient communications either by phone or email
- Arrange and collect patient payments
- Create a clean, orderly, and efficient environment in our lobby
- Assist in maintaining the sanitation and safety our treatment rooms by helping with disinfecting procedures and changing linens
- Tour guide prospective patients through our various intake processes and answer basic questions about what they can expect for care
- Be passionate about what we do at Family Acupuncture + Wellness
- Form positive relationships with patients
- Assist in the office in other capacities as needed
Qualifications:

- Excitement about being a brand ambassador for the clinic and recommending the services we offer
- Enjoyment in being the center of attention while playing the role of tour guide/host
- Positive mind-set and sincere interest in supporting the dynamic growth of the clinic
Requirements:
- 2 yrs minimum of office and/or sales or customer service experience
- Positive attitude
Hours:
- Full Time – 40 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, shifts are generally either 8-4 or 11-7
- Flexibility to accommodate changes in schedule is required.
Compensation:
Compensation will include a salary, the opportunity for a monthly bonus based on reaching team goals, paid time off and holidays, and after a year the opportunity to participate in the practice's 401K plan with matching.
