Front Desk Manager
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Coordinate and plan events, such as meetings and conferences
- Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to various departments
- Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed
- File and maintain records, both physical and electronic
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is a plus
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
