We are looking for a new member of our customer relations team! The right candidate is a dedicated individual that has previous experience in a team setting, with a knowledge of Driveline Baseball and baseball in general. You should have the ability to problem solve, assess processes and systems, and help the team succeed in helping our customers. We're a growing start-up constantly looking to push the boundaries - taking initiative and thinking critically around data problems is a must for this position.
Duties will include:
- Front Desk Check-In
- Manning Athlete Store
- Answering email, phones and general customer relations tasks
- General housekeeping
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Team player
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Must be able to be on site in either Scottsdale, AZ or Kent, WA 32 hours weekly.
Preferred:
- Previous baseball experience (player, coach, intern).
- Previous experience with CRM, gym scheduling software, inventory management software
If a candidate decides to relocate to Kent, WA, or Scottsdale, AZ, no financial relocation assistance is offered. However, we will put you in contact with a number of affordable short-term housing options upon accepting the role, if offered. This is paid hourly 32-hour per week position (no internships/part-time offerings).
