JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Front Desk / Host Position
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt/Part-Time
Reports To: General Manager/Management Team
Work Schedule: 15 - 35 Hours / Week
Salary Range: $15.50 - $18.50 + Tips

Position Summary: A Host position requires great customer service skills, product knowledge, multi-tasking skills, and great communication skills

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

 Possesses excellent communication skills
 Has ability to ‘sell’
 Guides guests through the menu while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food, beverage and ingredients
 Takes accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet and exceed guest expectations
 Provides friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
