Job Description
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically
- Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel
- Providing excellent customer service
- Relaying any information about hotel amenities
- Helping hotel guests find their rooms
- Coordinating amenities and responding to customer needs
- Light cleaning of public spaces and restrooms
- Working some weekends/holidays/evenings are customary
