Concierge
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks and administrative duties
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working at a Front Desk or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
