The ideal candidate for our Front Desk Concierge must possess a positive and upbeat personality and effectively handle requests and follow-ups, and the ability to problem solve.
General Accountabilities
· Greet owners and visitors.
· Provide access to private residences for pre-approved guests and service providers.
· Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
· Schedule, confirm, and cancel amenity reservations.
· Receive and record incoming packages and schedule pick-ups.
· Keep records of resident status and general information.
· Transmit and/ or receive messages.
· Answer inquiries pertaining to local area attractions, businesses, and dining.
· Monitor surveillance cameras; monitor and control access to building entrances.
Immediate shifts needing to be filled are:
· Fridays and Saturdays (12:00pm - 8:00pm)
· Sundays and Mondays (3:30pm – 8:00pm)
