Job Description
- Greet all residents and announce guests
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Accept and inventory all packages and login to the computer system
- Record resident work orders in a computer program
- Take reservations for moving
- Accept resident drycleaning
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with our valet staff to ensure guests are being assisted and first-floor amenities are clean
- Customer service experience
- Experience MS Office
- Can do attitude
- Ability to defuse and de-escalate situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 8-hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
- Portsmouth, VA 23704: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
