Job Description
We are seeking friendly, customer service oriented Concierge candidates to work in luxury commercial and residential buildings.
The ideal candidates must be courteous, friendly, responsible and great team players. Looking for Part Time Candidates to work weekend overnight shifts.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
-Manage administrative requests from residents
-Verify and record visitor information
-Answer calls professionally and assist callers
-Receive and process incoming and outgoing shipments and or mail/packages.
-Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
-Maintain logbooks for visitors, contractors, keys, elevators, incident reports, daily activities
-All other job duties as assigned.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of Concierge experience and customer service experience and have exceptional communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
