Our company was founded in 2005 and serves the Central Florida Geriatric population. We are a large practice with 25 providers that serve Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and our homebound patients in the comfort of their home in 14 counties. We are committed to providing excellent care to our patients and buildings while reducing hospital readmissions.

Our medical practice is currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as the Front Desk Check-In Person. The Front Desk Check-In staff member will provide efficient and professional assistance to our patients in the following areas:
Greeting and assisting patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls and redirecting calls to the appropriate staff member.
Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk and reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records and accounts.
Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal or financial information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Notify providers of patient arrivals.
Verify financial records, collect patient charges and outstanding payments, appointment check in and check out.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and appointment scheduling.
