Front Desk Attendant (Part-Time)

Aquila's Front Desk Attendant (Part-time) is responsible for Front Desk/reception, greeting clients, assisting and checking in members and providing customer service as needed.
The position is 25 hours a week Mondays-Thursdays 4pm-8pm and Fridays 6am-3pm, with a pay rate of $15 an hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet members upon entry
• Check in members into system
• Provide customer service to members as needed
• Answer member questions
• Respond to phone calls, emails and any other communications appropriately
• Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and safety of all equipment
• Adhere to departmental and club policies and procedures
• Adhere to client’s policies and procedures
• Attend staff meetings
• Assist in wellness and fitness promotions and external events
• Perform daily administrative duties
