SalaryWe are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to help manage customer visits, memberships, and general customer service, and help fill in the childcare schedule occasionally.
This position is primarily an early morning shift to open the facility.
Front Desk Attendant responsibilities include opening the facility for business, cleaning, greeting guests, giving tours, and handling sign-ups.
Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and guest sign-in tasks
- Manage online and phone interactions
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about our facility, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Cleaning the entire facility in cooperation with other staff
