Job Description:

• Answer multi-line phone system and monitoring voice messages
• Scheduling client and practitioner appointments
• Customer support for clients via phone, email and in office
• Manage practitioner appointment schedules, rescheduling, confirmation calls, preparing files
• Taking customer supplement orders over the phone and via email
• Assist clients with supplement orders for pick up and shipping
• Assist with supplement inventory
• Emailing clients follow up information from their appointments via phone and zoom
• Checking clients in and out of their appointments.
• Assist clients in the wellness/modality center
• Pay based on experience

Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Word and Excel (all used daily)
• 8am-5pm Weekdays and Saturday hours 8-1 required
• General office cleaning and sanitation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
