Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional guest services, including answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with special requests
- Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
