Duties:
- Offer a warm and genuine welcome to all our guests, setting the stage for an exceptional salon experience.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the day.
- Handle client inquiries with grace, providing information on our services and products with an informed enthusiasm that mirrors our salon's expertise
- Process payments and transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the salon's daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a hair salon or similar customer-focused environment is highly desired.
- Knowledgeable about hair care services and styling terms, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Proven ability in managing phone lines and addressing client needs effectively.
- A champion of customer service, capable of navigating challenging situations with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
