The Front Desk Agent proudly serves as the face of the hotel. The primary focus of this job is to provide an outstanding customer experience from check-in to check-out, while supporting the overall operations of the hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing prompt and courteous facilitation of guest arrival and departure
- Answering guest questions regarding the hotel and surrounding area
- Listening to and resolving guest concerns with patience and tact
- Mastering the Marriott computer and reservation system
- Efficiently coordinating reservations and room blocks
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the Front Desk and lobby and other related tasks.
Qualified candidates must;
- Have a high school diploma
- 2+ years of related hospitality experience
- Have a pleasant personality, strong work ethic, proficiency with technology, and excellent guest service skills
- Have the ability to push, pull, carry and/or lift 30 pounds on a regular basis
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
