Front Desk Agent

PLEASE HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF CURRENT FRONT DESK OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WITH GREAT JOB HISTORY; MEANING JOB LONGEVITY, AND A POSITIVE & FRIENDLY PERSONALITY.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations and hotel procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
