A Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to; preparing special requests, making sure you meet all the guests needs.
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, Route calls to specific people. Answer inquiries about company. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. Make coffee and set out food. Ensure reception area is tidy. This position requires working on a flex schedule to include weekends, holidays, and special events.
