Our group fitness-based workouts combine cardio, endurance, strength training, and Floyd Mayweather electrifying boxing combinations. Reports to: Studio Manager
Pay Structure: $17 per hour (hourly plus commissions)

Our team is looking to add a Rock Start Sales associate with previous sales experience & strong
closing skills. This Rock Star has:
- Prior sales experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- Ability to work and function in a team environment
- Health & Fitness minded people required
- High School diploma required
A day in the life:
- Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including
membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive
experience at the Mayweather Boxing + Fitness studio.
- Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
- Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing + Fitness workout.
- Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby & Front Desk at all times
- Keep up with studio cleaning checklists
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing + Fitness training programs.
