Position Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Profile:

Front Desk Agents are responsible providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests through out their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Directs and coordinates the activities of the Front Desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare daily reports and budget for front office department. Must have flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Check in and check out guests, Take payment and manage reservations
• Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
• Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
• Prepares daily reports related to Front Desk
• Monitors high balance guest and take appropriate action.
• Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
• Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor all VIP 's special guests and requests.
• Review Front office log and Guest issues on a daily basis.
• Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, registration cards, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.
• Ensures constant communication with Valet team to ensure there is seamless service.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Experience:

• Minimum of one year of hotel Front Desk Agent experience

• Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
