Salary- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and budgeting processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
