Currently, our office is seeking a full-time Front Office Assistant/Patient Coordinator at our office in St. George, UT. The ideal candidate will possess some Dental Experience in addition to Dentrix Software knowledge! They will also demonstrate excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients both in person and over the phone.
- Update/confirm patient information and insurance.
- Receive incoming phone calls.
- Process insurance claims, update patient insurance information and ensure insurance information is correct.
- Check, file and maintain patient charts and records.
- Send over X-Ray information.
- Resolve insurance claim issues.
- Schedule patient appointments and ensure that practice appointment calendar is full.

Qualifications
- Prior Dental Office Experience
- Dentrix Software Experience
- Team-Oriented, Personable and Organized.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 32-38 hours/week.
Salary Expectations
From $15 - $20/hr
