Front Desk

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work the morning shift Monday - Friday and weekends as needed at the front counter of our dry-cleaning store.

Industry experience is not necessary but preferred. We are willing to train the right motivated and reliable candidate.

Duties & Functions:

• Interact with customers in a friendly, customer service-orientated manner
• Process incoming laundry & dry cleaning orders
• Retrieve outgoing orders and cash out customers
• Troubleshoot, and resolve problems as necessary

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Pay attention to detail and follow a defined system
• Able to solve problems
• Able to lift 20 pounds
• Work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment
• Fluency in English required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
