The Burnsville Chick-fil-A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week.
The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.

As a Front Counter Team Member you will greet guests, take and prepare customer orders on the Front Counter, maintain cleanliness, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! Since you will often be the first person our guests see when coming into the restaurant, we are looking for caring individuals with a fantastic smile! We will teach you everything else you need to know!
Pay is dependent on performance and availability.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must have a welcoming presence
We focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
