Gracie Jiu Jitsu of Kentucky we are martial arts academy been in buisness for 17 years we have made a place where grown ups can come in and escape for a bit and made it whre kids can learn to defend themselves while having fun . We are a Jiu Jitsu Family :)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service . This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work well with children.

Duties:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude

- Scan students in accurately and efficiently

- Signing new people up

-Sending emails and text

- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a cash register or POS system

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Academy

- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns

- Inventory and ordering

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales environment is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knows Word & Excel
