Front Counter Customer Service Representative

Hiring Immediately - Join the Admiral Cleaners’ team now as a Customer Service Representative in the Severna Park location.

Schedules available - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 2:00-7pm; Saturday 9-2pm;

NO SUNDAYS

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with customers to enhance relationships.
• Provide product and service information and assistance to customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain customer accounts with current and accurate information.
• Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.
• Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy (data entry).
• Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.
• Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.
• Keep work areas need and clean at all times.
