Front Counter Associate/Food Prep

Job Responsibilities:
•Learn and understand the process of making signature smoothies and milkshakes
•Must be able to work at a fast pace, effectively getting drinks out in a timely manner
•Stocking desserts, drink coolers, paper products, etc.
•Prep work for next business day
•Monitor food inventory levels
•Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant
•Deliver orders/catering locally
•Learn and understanding the menu
•Suggestive selling
•Provide excellent customer service to include:
•Greeting guests
•Taking accurate orders (via phone/in person) and keeping them organized
•Collecting payment via SpotOn
•Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
•No food service experience necessary
•Mid-day shift availability required (11-close)
•Detail-oriented
•Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills
•Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to follow recipe specifications
•Driver’s license required
