Position SummaryThe primary responsibilities of the Cashier position are to maintain helpful customer service, process sales quickly, accurately, andefficiently, and cash register operations.Major ResponsibilitiesThe major responsibilities for this position include:Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the S.A.L.E.S process and by mystery shop standardsGreet customers as they enter the storeAnswer phone callsTactfully and pleasantly deal with customersMaintain awareness of all promotions and advertisementsAccurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registersMaintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stockedPerform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store managementSolicit customers to open an Ace Rewards cardIssuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
