Freight Team Associate

The Freight Team Associate position requires the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and customers, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate works under close supervision and is responsible for a variety of customer service functions including answering questions or concerns, recommending or suggesting unique solutions and providing basic product information. As a vital part of the customer service team, Freight Team Associates are expected to represent their organization with integrity in all customer interactions. Responsibilities: * Drive a truck to deliver freight. * Plan the delivery route and ensure timely delivery of freight. * Receive and record shipments. * Communicate with customers and co-workers. * Drive a truck. * Communicate with the public.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
