An international logistics and transportation company headquartered in the USA is looking for a Permanent Full-time Sales Rep to work in their Miami, FL office!

Pay Rate: 50,000 - 55,000 (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Meet monthly goals and objectives, based on the strategic guidelines provided by the company specifically as it relates to portfolio coverage/management and client services.
Ensure the integral management in the offering of services of the organization, Freight Forwarding warehousing, Land Transport, Customs, and other complementary logistics services.
Lead management: maintain, update, and organize leads for the sales team.
Maintain and assist in the growth of the existing customer base through prospecting and sales account development.
Develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.Enter new customer data and update changes to existing customers/accounts in the CRM.
Use Datamyne client base list, to contact customers, schedule appointments/meetings and send proposals.
Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying, and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
Maintain CRM up to date by entering each interaction; customer sales, proposals, visits, and quotes, to allow proper follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Effectively communicate corresponding rates and shipping routes to customers.
Maintain /monitor proposals and contract status and ensure sales process.
Follow-up with clients as needed to help close the sale.
Plan and coordinate customer visits and related events for sales team
Requirements
Excellent customer service and relationship management.

Computer equipment and software requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
CRM. Datamyne.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED, a college degree in a related field preferred.
Customer Service experience Previous sales experience is a plus
