This is a freelance assignment starting in March through June. We are looking for an experienced planner (2-3 years) with a focus on OOH strategy and placements. Core experience will be around traditional OOH, tra-digital/digital OOH, digital placed based OOH. Bonus experience includes but not limited to: experiential, event partnerships/event targeted, traditional embellishments (ex. props/builds), cinema.

Responsibilities
    • Manage maintenance for assigned account(s) including, but not limited to: Billing/Contracting
    • Trafficking of campaigns Post reporting of campaigns  
    • Communicate effectively and efficiently with vendors and internal teams 
    • Coordinate vendor meetings for the team and/or department as needed 
    • Provide general administrative assistance when needed for the department
    •  Autonomously manage day-to-day maintenance with little to no oversight (if/once seasoned)
    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Acute attention to detail Organizational skills 
    • Ability to: Meet tight deadlines under pressure 
    • Multitask across numerous projects/accounts
    • Adjust based on feedback as needed
    • Prioritize tasks to meet tight and/or changing deadlines   
    • Strong interpersonal skills Build and foster internal teams, vendor and Client relationships
    • Proactive vs reactive approach when managing business 
Qualifications
    • College Graduate- (Bachelor's or equivalent experience)
    • Sociable - frequent communication with outside vendors
    • Strong written and verbal skills, both by phone and email. Communication is key for this position.
    • Detail oriented with strong attention to follow throughAbility to multi-taskFamiliar with data entry
    • Computer proficientExperienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)Capable of working independently
    • Ability to be flexible and a team playerLikes to have fun as well as work hard
$40 - $40 an hour
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a "Do Good Day," and unlimited PTO.
