```Duties```
- Conduct research and analysis on various topics related to the client's industry
- Contact key industry editors from Eater LA, Yelp, LA Times to promote tye Yama Sushi Marketplace Brand
-Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the Yama brand image and reputation
- Create engaging content for press releases, articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials
- Edit and proofread written materials to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online presence
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in a similar role as a freelance consultant in the food & beverage industry
- Established contacts with editors from key publications such as Eater LA, Yelp, Los Angeles Times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
- Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data to inform decision-making processes
- Knowledge of Public Relations principles and practices
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in managing social media platforms and implementing social media strategies
- Understanding of marketing principles and techniques for effective brand promotion
- Familiarity with writing press releases and working with media outlets
