Freelance Makeup Artist

Chantecaille Beauté, a luxury beauty brand committed to creating exceptional products with high-performance botanicals, is thrilled to announce exciting freelance opportunities. We are currently expanding our team and seeking individuals for various roles, including eventing, weekly store visits, and seasonal support by retailer. · Due to the flexible nature of the position, this role will be at various locations vs. a permanent retail store.

· Provide an excellent make up experience for customers.

· Connect with clients and determine their needs.

· Create a luxury experience for all clients with Chantecaille brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)

· Achieve personal retail sales objectives.

· Attract new Chantecaille customers and retain through exceptional service & follow-up.

· Express a passion for beauty and cosmetics.

· Inspire clients with expertise on beauty trends and product.

· Strive to achieve and exceed personal sales goals including company specific KPIs and individual sales tracking.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays (dependent on business staffing needs.)

· Be proactive in booking appointments, maximizing every consultation, and planning and executing events.

· Consistently create exceptional customer service and memorable client experience.

Training, Learning and Development:

· Chantecaille talent -Freelancers -participate in a brand/ product orientation and receive training.

Position Qualifications

· Must have a high school degree or equivalent.

· Customer service or retail cosmetic/fragrance, sales experience required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong drive for sales achievement with integrity

· Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Be reliable, dependable, and punctual.

· Ability to assist with cleaning, re-stocking, and moving boxes at counter as part of team.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and/or holidays (dependent on Regional Manager needs.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
