Goldsainte is building a national sales team to help us rapidly expand domestically and internationally to be the world's largest membership ride share app in the world, currently selling franchises in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Franchise Sales Associate is the initial contact point for all incoming franchise inquiries. This position will act as both a lead generator as well as a filter for incoming leads, moving prequalified leads forward in the process to becoming a franchisee.

This position is a critical piece of the Development Team, and its ability to achieve net unit growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work independently within a high paced competitive sales environment while managing multiple deals through the sales cycle simultaneously. Effectively engage with brand leaders and shared services teams to carry Franchise Sales through the affiliation process, conducting appropriate due diligence and negotiations. Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process.

• The primary tool Goldsainte uses is LinkedIn for lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/Marketing Required
• 2+ years of franchise development or sales experience Required
• 3+ years of experience in franchise industry
• Strong phone skills, can quickly communicate value propositions and qualify a prospect
• Strong working knowledge of hardware and software requirements of CRM databases
• Basic understanding of a personal financial statements
• Ability to think creatively and develop a continuous stream of ideas to generate Franchise Sales leads, sales cycle efficiencies, and make recommendations for process changes
• Basic knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Documents and legal aspects of franchising
• Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of constituents that are material to the franchise development process
• High degree of written/verbal communications skills to interface with potential franchisees and senior level personnel
• Ability to successfully work on teams with diverse individual skill levels and field based team members
• Ability to multi-task by executing numerous projects with timely follow-through
• Strong oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present sales presentations
• Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
