Franchise Candidate Qualifier – Inside Sales & Customer Support

As a Franchise Candidate Qualifier (FCQ) on the Franchise Development team, a typical day for you will include:
- Calling “warm” marketing leads for multiple home-services companies
- Asking probing questions to determine compatibility between prospect & Neighborly
- Mange all client data in HubSpot CRM system
- Scheduling appointments with Franchise Developers
- Attend meetings collaborating & learning about various departments and teams

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in sales/customer service role
- Skills: Time management, oral & written communication, negotiations, follow-up
- Education: HS Diploma, associate degree a plus
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in Waco or Irving, TX

- Competitive Pay: $19-21/hour plus commission
- Schedule: M – F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 40-hour work weeks.
