Framer/General Laborer

General laborer with an emphasis on framing for new construction and renovation projects.

Duties:
- Perform various manual labor tasks as directed by the supervisor including reading blueprints and framing
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Complete other general renovations (flooring, sheetrock, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, painting, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Framing experience and knowledge of basic framing codes

-Ability to read blueprints

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment
- Experience with general renovations and flooring
- Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tool
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Previous experience is a must
