Framer/Carpenter

```Duties```
- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
- Framing/Carpentry Work

-Trim carpentry, such as installing baseboards, crown molding, and window casings
- Concrete finishing, including pouring and leveling concrete surfaces
- Construction inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Cabinet installation, ensuring proper alignment and functionality
- Carpentry work, such as framing walls and installing doors
- Operating heavy equipment for excavation and site preparation
- Construction management, overseeing projects from start to finish
- Masonry work, including bricklaying and stone installation
- Remodeling projects, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Plumbing tasks, such as installing fixtures and repairing leaks

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a remodeler or in a similar construction role
- Proficiency in trim carpentry, framing carpentry, concrete finishing, construction inspection, cabinet installation, carpentry work, heavy equipment operation, construction management, masonry work, remodeling projects, and/or plumbing tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
