Framer/Carpenter

We are looking for a motivated, Production Worker - Construction professional with leadership skills and strong production framing experience to help our production team continue to grow and excel. If you enjoy carpentry work, but are tired of the contractor environment, and are looking for the stability of working at a supportive, family based company, we might be the perfect place for you. The position of Production Worker - Construction has the potential for growth and could lead to positions such as Leadman, Foreman, or Managing Supervisor. (Our owner and much of our management team has grown from swinging a hammer!)

Job Duties for Production Worker - Construction

• Layout and frame walls and roofs

• Set rafters and roof sheathing
• Install siding, doors, windows and trim

• Support other areas of production as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• Plan production to meet scheduled deadlines

Qualification and Skillsfor Production Worker - Construction

• Having an excellent work ethic

• Skilled at using the tools of the Carpentry trade

• Good at working positively in a team environment

• Genuine desire to work hard, and proud to put out a quality product

• Being proactive, and thinking ahead.

• Ability to set goals, and deliver on them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
