Fragrance Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Experience with makeup application techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with salon software, such as Millennium, is beneficial
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Cosmetology background or certification is a bonus
