Role Description:
This fractional contract role requires a proactive approach to identifying prospects, building a book of leads, developing new customer bases, and managing deals in Chicago's vibrant healthcare community. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of healthcare in Chicago, a city known for its diverse and advanced medical landscape.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and business development.
- Proficient in the sales process: lead generation, qualification, presentation, and closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Independent, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience valued.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics for sales performance improvement.
