FP&A and Budgets Manager - Great Flexibility!

Overview of the FP&A and Budgets Manager role:
- Directly supervises the FP&A budget analyst, including coaching, professional development, and performance evaluation.
- Aligns financial analysis and reporting with strategic objectives
- Assists the Director of Finance in leading and managing the annual budgeting process.
- Creates and delivers accurate financial reporting and analysis to support organization and departmental budgeting reports.
- Performs analyses and provides the Director of Finance and leadership team with strategic and financial information to support budget management and forecasting, and effective financial resource allocation and decision-making.
- Develops dashboards and key performance indicators to track outcomes against priorities.
- Monitors actuals and forecasts against budget, identifying major risks and drivers.
- Compiles the financial reporting package for the Director of Finance and Finance Committee.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications for the FP&A and Budgets Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of technical knowledge and experience in budgeting and financial planning and analysis.
- Nonprofit budgeting, accounting, financial planning, and analysis experience preferred.
- Previous supervision experience and management of employees.
