Job Description
SUMMARY
iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior FP A Analyst in Park City, Utah.
ROLE COMMITMENTS

• Develop and Report on KPI's related to launching new products into the market, effectively modeling risks and opportunities.
• Model software development costs and understand drivers to find efficiencies on headcount, cloud spend and other resources.
• Build an effective pipeline reporting flow for the commercial business that increases next 3 month forecast accuracy to 95%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and execution of the financial budgets for the Product organization and the Commercial Organization.
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process with the product, Freemotion, and operations groups to ensure financial information is provided regularly to effectively manage the business.
• Build automated and recursive forecast models in Adaptive that are effectively "self-learning".
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly financial reports
• Evaluate iFIT's financial performance via SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI of product lines, pricing, new channel rollouts, and new projects.
• Work with the Director of FP A to develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Support senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis.

Desired Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Education and Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, accounting, finance or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, BI, Tableau, HFM, and SQL.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and analysis in complex businesses
• Experience supporting a product team and product experience life cycle.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in analyzing go-to-market strategies, forecasting revenue market share, and collaborating with multiple departments
• Demonstrated experience in statistical models and data analysis techniques
• Extremely comfortable presenting information through visual stories in PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal skills
• Ability to work well with different departments and in different capacities
• Analytical, evaluative, research skills and data-driven mindset
• Superior project management skills.
