We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as anFP&A Analystworking Hybridin Park City, Utah.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Develop key models and reports that highlight the best opportunities for quality improvements on all hardware products in the first 6 months.
- Develop key models and reports that enable world class efficiency for call center operations including forecasting headcount needs and contact forecasts using large datasets in the first 6 months.
- Become a key resource for forecasting PPV by connecting quality initiatives and their ROI to actualized financials within the first 12 months.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of the financial budgets for the Operations organization.
- Effectively lead monthly budget to actuals reporting by partnering with the VP of Quality and the VP of Member Care.
- Build automated and recursive forecast models in Adaptive that are effectively “self-learning.”
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly financial reports
- Evaluate iFIT's financial performance via SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI new initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Support senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis around various ad hoc requests.
Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, accounting, finance or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, BI, Tableau, HFM, and SQL.
- 1-2 years of experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and analysis in complex businesses
- Experience supporting an operations team, especially a call center operation and or quality organization.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in analyzing vast datasets and effectively communicating and collaborating with multiple departments
- Demonstrated experience in statistical models and data analysis techniques
- Extremely comfortable presenting information in PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal skills
- Ability to work well with different departments and in different capacities
- Analytical, evaluative, research skills and data-driven mindset
- Superior project management skills.
